The Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) process is designed to support clients in having more access to buried material in the psyche - the medicine acts as a facilitator to soften ego defenses and allow repressed material to rise to the surface to be worked through.

learn more about talk therapy

You want to be able to show up for your life and the people in it with your whole heart - ready to love and be loved.

You need a little (very gentle and kind!) nudge to explore new and creative ways of healing and growing.

You need a safe space and someone in your corner supporting you to achieve clarity, create new priorities, and gather your courage to change.

this is right for you if...

Talk therapy has come a long way since Sigmund Freud! Current advances and research in neuroscience support the theory of "neuroplasticity" - our brains can literally rewire themselves, and we are born with innate capacities for healing. My approach to therapy is grounded in this emerging science, and I draw heavily on approaches that harness this knowledge for healing. I also believe in the magic of kindness and compassion in the therapeutic relationship, and I know personally what it means to be seen and understood on a deep level. Therapy can help you feel safe and supported enough to face what needs facing, and change your life from the inside out.
